Rohit Sachdev - Senior Partner

The former Chief Executive Officer of Aseva Inc, the first outsourcing consultancy that enables U.S. organizations to outsource critical business functions offshore, Rohit has an extensive amount of experience in offshore business process outsourcing and is the company's chief architect in articulating and overseeing all sales, marketing and business development activities. Rohit has also served as a Senior consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in New York, NY where he lead technology engagements and business development initiatives for the Business Consulting practice. A certified SAP Basis and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Rohit has significant experience in a variety of IT areas such as LAN/WAN infrastructure development and SAP r/3 implementations. Rohit graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems and finance.

Suvir Sivasriaumphai - Senior Partner

Before joining Avalon Technologies, Suvir was the IT Director for Thai Ambica Chemicals Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for leading technology initiatives for the organization. Additionally, he was also the project director for the implementation of a supply chain management and ERP system which improved the efficiency of the companies back-office operations significantly. Prior to that, Suvir was a Senior Consultant for Adjoined Consulting in New York where he worked as a project manager and lead developer on several large internet and software development projects for multinational clients including Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, and Paytrust to name a few. Suvir graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in management information systems and finance. He also serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies in Thailand including Thai Filament Textiles and the Rembrandt Hotel.
