Founded in 2004, with headquarters in Bangkok, Thailand, Avalon Technologies is a privately held company, headed by founders, Rohit Sachdev, the former Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Aseya, Inc., an offshore outsourcing consultancy, and Suvir Sivasriaumphai, a former Senior Consultant at Adjoined Consulting in New York.

Avalon Technologies has received initial angel funding through private investors. The company is currently building a state-of-the-art development center in South East Asia, recruiting essential personnel to support rapid and sustainable growth, and developing effective sales, marketing and branding campaigns to support the business objectives.
